01. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, accessing TeaLeaks (the "Platform" or "Tea Leaks"), sending anonymous feedback, participating in "Blind Sips" conversations, or posting on the Community Wall, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to the rules and conditions outlined in this legal agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

02. Acceptable Platform Use & Content Guidelines

TeaLeaks is designed to be a fun, secure, and lighthearted space to receive genuine questions and feedback from peers. Standard users interact anonymously. However, to maintain safety and platform integrity, we enforce zero tolerance for toxic behavior. You are strictly prohibited from utilizing the Platform to:

• Transmit threats, hate speech, severe harassment, or targeted bullying.
• Distribute sexually explicit material, pornography, or exploitative text prompts.
• Promote fraudulent links, phishing attempts, scams, or distribute malicious code.
• Violate local or international laws, including illegal trade coordination or distribute copyrighted material.

03. Premium Services & EGP Transactions

TeaLeaks offers paid upgrades (PRO and VIP subscriptions). Subscription prices are denominated in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and processed securely through our local payment provider, Paymob. All payments are final and non-refundable. UPGRADE plans last for a billing cycle of 30 days and do not auto-renew; you must manually renew to retain benefits.

04. Moderation Oversight & Enforcement

Our administration team regularly moderates both public message boards and flags from private dashboards. To preserve the safety of users, administrators reserve the right to audit server logs and terminate accounts, block IP addresses, or permanent ban device fingerprints of any user found violating these guidelines. User activity estimates (such as PRO/VIP sender hints) are intended for recreational feedback; harassing members based on hints is grounds for immediate termination.

05. Limitation of Liability

TeaLeaks provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Since the platform allows anonymous inputs, TeaLeaks is not responsible for the content, truthfulness, or decency of messages received by users. You agree to utilize the platform at your own risk and hold TeaLeaks harmless from any damage or distress arising from feedback or sips chats.
